| We accept most dental insurance plans and we are always happy to help you file your insurance claims, but our speed and efficiency is only as good as the information you give us. Please notify our office of any changes to your policy as soon as possible. You may submit your changes by printing and filling out the appropriate information on our Patient Information Form and bringing it with you when you come in for your child's appointment.
